Healthy Pizza Crust


This just in!!! One of my Facebook friends and former co-worker, Carol Gochenour, sent this recipe to me. I haven't made it, but knowing how health conscious Carol is, I'm sure it's a hit! She adds that you can top your pizza with your favorites!
Healthy Pizza Crust
INGREDIENTS:
3 to 4 cups grated Mozzarella cheese
2 to 3 eggs
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Tomato sauce


DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 400 F.
2. Mix 3 to 4 cups grated Mozzarella cheese with 2 to 3 eggs
3. Add sea salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
4. Spread onto pizza pan or cookie sheet with sides. (The more grated cheese and eggs, the bigger the pizza will be.)
5. Bake at 400 degrees until browned, usually about 15 to 20 minutes.
6. Take out and top with tomato sauce, more cheeses, and desired cooked or raw toppings.
7. Put back in oven and bake until cheese on top melts!
